Winter

Lacrosse America does not take a break during the winter season, but instead speeds up program offerings indoors. League play consists of intense matches that move at a whole new pace. In some of our facilities, indoor lacrosse, also known as “box lacrosse”, is played with one goaltender and five runners on each team. This means the ball moves up and down the field much more quickly and the result is a much more energetic and involved game. Lacrosse America hosts many clinics and leagues in which athletes can participate and achieve their peak performance.
