Lacrosse America is currently hiring full-time season staff members to join our operations crew (known as the PlayMakers) for the summer 2019 season.

Qualifications:

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours (May 14th - July 27th)
  • Must be available to travel all summer weekends excluding July 7-8th.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to commute to Glenview, IL
  • Must have great organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Sports/athletic background preferred but not required.
  • Strong work ethic is a must
  • Must be able to lift over 40lbs

 

Job Summary:

  • Assist the Lacrosse America operations staff set up the events.
  • Work in a fun, hardworking, team environment.
  • Travel to and from events throughout the Midwest with other set up team members (typically Wednesday-Sunday)
  • Responsible for lining fields, driving transport trucks, placing signage and fencing.
  • During the events you could help out with parking, field maintenance, also staff and general public well being.
  • There will be long hours and possibly adverse weather that you will be asked to work through.
  • Get to travel the Midwest

 

Additional Details:

  • All travel expenses, including food, hotel and required transportation will be covered by Lacrosse America
  • Pay rate is competitive, hourly and based on experience
  • Event cities include: Nashville, Columbus, Chattanooga, Lake Geneva, Toledo, South Bend, Cincinnati, Vernon Hills, Madison.
